I've started up No Limits Fitness and Nutrition to help like-minded people get the results they want. As a 30 something guy with a busy lifestyle, I know how hard it is to fit in my training so I wanted to set up a place that friends, family and clients can come together and use as a place for tips and tricks with their training, for healthy recipes and a place to check when the next bootcamp is on!

I'm a big fan of staying healthy and keeping fit. I like to help people do the same. If you want to change your body shape, get fitter, get faster or just get together with other like -minded people and have some fun and get fit; then you need to come and try out the No Limits Bootcamps.
I'm also into my nutrition, you can do all the training in the world, but if your diet isn't up to scratch then you will struggle to get the results you want.
