I have been in and out of gyms and varying sports for the last 25 years. From starting off my sports journey at an early age with high level swimming competing to studying various Martial Arts from Wing Chun Kung Fu to Taekwondo and some kick boxing. One thing that has always been very important to me was fitness, keeping myself fit and motivating others to make changes. I have always been in the gym and always helped people when they needed it; so a few years ago I decided to get my qualifications to actually do what I love and not looked back since. Now fully qualified to Personal Fitness Trainer Level 3, Bootcamp Instructor and I have also been running my bootcamps for 2 years now. In the coming weeks I will also be fully qualified as a Pilates Instructor and an Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor. 

 

I've started up No Limits Fitness and Nutrition to help like-minded people get the results they want. As a 30 something guy with a busy lifestyle, I know how hard it is to fit in my training so I wanted to set up a place that friends, family and clients can come together and use as a place for tips and tricks with their training, for healthy recipes and a place to check when the next bootcamp is on!
