BOOTCAMPS

My Bootcamps are aimed at most ages, sexes and fitness levels. I use a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, body-weight, pyramid and ladder styles of training within each of my bootcamps. Each one is different yet the principal is the same; work as hard as you can, for as long as you can. Push yourself. If you do I guarantee you will see results.

 

Every week is different, so you don't get bored and what's more it keeps your body guessing whats next!

New Classes for 2020

As of Feb 2020, we will be changing the format of our NoLimits Bootcamps. Monday nights session will be indoors @Helix in Verwood (The old British Legion and Club 31 site) from 6.30pm for an hour.

Bring a mat and some water.

Outdoor sessions are only run on a Wednesday night now in Verwood on the Rec opposite Tesco @ 6.30pm for an hour, again bring a mat and some water, plus gloves at the moment until it warms up!
