Banana Pancakes

 

Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Grain Free - Lactose Free - Nightshade Free - Nut Free - Sugar Free - Tastes Great

 

Ingredients

 

  • 2 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Cteaspoon Cinnamon

  • Coconut oil or butter (for the pan)

 

Directions

 

  • Step 1

    Smash the banans in a bowl

  • Step 2

    Add Cinnamon, baking soda and coconut flour, comibing well.

  • Step 3

      Add in eggs and combine well.

  • Step 4

      Grease a frying pan and cook over low-medium

      heat, these burn easier so low and slow is good.

      Make small Silver Dollar sized pancakes.

  • Step 5

      Flip only when they release themselves
