Ingredients

2 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)

2 Eggs

2 tablespoons Coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Cteaspoon Cinnamon

Coconut oil or butter (for the pan)
Directions

Step 1
Smash the banans in a bowl

Step 2
Add Cinnamon, baking soda and coconut flour, comibing well.

Step 3
Add in eggs and combine well.

Step 4
Grease a frying pan and cook over low-medium
heat, these burn easier so low and slow is good.
Make small Silver Dollar sized pancakes.

Flip only when they release themselves
