My Bootcamps are aimed at most ages, sexes and fitness levels. I use a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, body-weight, pyramid and ladder styles of training within each of my bootcamps. Each one is different yet the principal is the same; work as hard as you can, for as long as you can. Push yourself. If you do I guarantee you will see results.
