Personal Training

I offer Personal Training to individuals or groups of up to 3 people.

 

NoLimits 1-2-1 training is a unique training style using a mixture of disciplines; body weight, resistance techniques, TRX, calisthenics, Kettlebells, ladder training, free weights and some fight training. Closely working with you from the start, taking measurements and recording your progress as the weeks go by. Analysing your whole body or working on specific problem areas; whatever the client needs. 

 

The small group sessions are more focussed on getting you lean, strong and fit. I have found that some of my clients prefer to work out with their friends, to help with motivation and push themselves, so i started the small group sessions. Many of the styles of training in the 1-2-1 sessions are impletmented in this training, for closely monitored training sessions that will make you proud of the effort you put in.

 

I can come to your house to train if you have the space or work outside and use the environment that I have access too or come to your home to teach you in your own space.
